Sugar Scrub
1/2 - 3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 drops doTERRA Essential oil
Here are a few great combinations:
Peppermint & Rosemary
Wild Orange
Grapefruit
Sugar scrubs exfoliate your skin without the use of chemicals.
How to use:
Wash body and/or face thoroughly before use
Gently massage sugar scrub onto skin
Wash scrub off with warm water
Pat your skin dry
Use this scrub on feet, knees, elbows, and hands or other dry patches of skin.
Not recommended for face unless you love olive oil. :)
